These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and ttb15 ("Platform", "we", "us", "company"). This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the ttb15.org website, the ttb15 mobile app, and all services provided by ttb15.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the TTB15 platform in any manner, you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes full effect from the date you first access our platform.

Ttb15 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. To register and use ttb15's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement in your country or territory.

Ttb15 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. Accounts that fail to verify their credentials within the specified period will be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Either you or ttb15 may terminate the membership account at any time, subject to the conditions set out herein.

Termination by Member: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the TTB15 customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible account balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, provided there are no pending wagers and all security checks have been passed.

Termination by ttb15: ttb15 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any term in this agreement
• Involvement in fraudulent or criminal activity
• Failure to pass KYC verification or age eligibility checks
• Requests required by law or regulatory authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

Ttb15 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, ttb15 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, errors, or technical failures at all times.

Ttb15 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the following situations:

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, only that provision shall be deemed invalid and this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this agreement.
